In Amsterdam, "Capital Kitchen" provides superb service, delicate ingredients, and a delightful atmosphere. I enjoyed the sparkling Dutch wine, red wine, and especially liked their fish dishes. From starters to desserts, everything was fantastic, crafted with heart. The menu highlights the chefs’ exceptional skills, and my friends also appreciated the food. Oh, don’t overlook their tempting desserts; they’re as irresistible as the place itself! The service truly enhanced my trip. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful business dinner at Capital Kitchen with the atmosphere being the star of the night! The interior of the restaurant was delightful and the food delicious! We tried the dutch shrimps paired with an incredible creamy smoked paprika sauce, the roasted cod with black lentils and shallot cream, while finishing our night with the white chocolate panna cotta with orange sorbet 🥂

Delicious local food with friendly staff and good vibes. If you’re looking for an elevated dinner with good cocktails, wine and beer, this is definitely the place for you. The DJ sessions on Thursday are also lots of fun and highly recommendable! Make sure to have a reservation because this place fills up fast.

Delicious food and great selection of wine. The staff was super friendly and helped us selecting the perfect wine for our dish. We had an orange wine for the first time ever and got great background information. Unique experience and very personal. Definitely worth a visit. We celebrated our anniversary at this special place :). Thank you!

Their new menu is just 😍 Had the pleasure to try multiple dishes with fantastic wine pairing. My favourite appetizer was the pork rillette but the assorted carrot is truly not to miss. Followed by mouth watering baked veal loin for main dish. Make sure to end your course with the creamy white chocolate. Compliments to the chef! Besides, you would not want to miss your opportunity to talk to their sommelier. Very knowledgeable and will pair you the perfect wine for the night.

Wow wow wow!! We had the loveliest lunch at Capital. The service was exceptional & helped us with all the menu, including the wine. It was great to have a knowledgeable waiter who clearly loved what he does & he was great at it. Both meals were so tasty & great portions for lunch. We will 100% be back. Thank you!

Good place for a large business dinner but bit blank for a dinner with friends or partner. Although I enjoyed the food but felt that the main course dish portions were less and the dish itself was close to basic. Though the starter salad and dessert were certainly good to make an impression. Accessibility wise it’s right next to Weesperplein metro station. I would go again but for the dessert.

Quick to serve, delicious and usefully located resto. Spacious interiors and modern design. Food is good, so is the coffee. The personnel us friendly as well.
